Heli Swiss Helicopters Ltd. is proud to offer complete helicopter painting as part of the services and maintenance we provide.
As you may know or already suspect, it is quite common that a few hidden defects may come to light once the paint is removed from your helicopter. Being a DOT approved maintenance facility, if you need any maintenance or repairs done while your helicopter is in for paint, Heli Swiss can accomplish this service without any additional down time, saving you money. Some examples of the extra services may be sheet metal work or composite repairs to cowlings and canopies.
All paint jobs are completed in a fully enclosed paint booth resulting in a smooth exceptional finish. The brand of paint we use is up to the customer to decide. We are more than happy to provide you with the pros and cons of each brand of paint.
Metal surfaces are stripped and then etched prior to painting. All fiberglass and composite surfaces are hand sanded and prepared for paint.
Interior & Carpet:
All our upholstery work is subcontracted to a DOT approved Aircraft Maintenance Organization, who use only fabrics and carpeting that are in compliance with DOT and FAA regulations. Heli Swiss Helicopters will meet the requirements of the helicopter owner on interior painting, interior refurbishing and/or plastic panel replacements or special flooring requirements.
Mechanical work:
As part of services, we offer the customer the option to have mechanical work done on the aircraft while it is being prepped for paint. If you don't require paint, you can just bring in your helicopter for a 100 hr inspection or an annual or a "G" inspection if that is what you require.
If the installation of a kit like a sliding door is what you need. we can help you there, too. Or how about an upgrade to a JetRanger III dash for your 206 A model ?
